Silk Laundry is guided by the principles of its Founder and Creative Director, Katie Kolodinski. Harnessing her intuition to explore the intersection of luxury, conscious living, and philanthropy. After migrating to Australia in her youth, the Canadian-born Kolodinski launched Silk Laundry in 2015 — the brand’s vision finding focus by anchoring its launch to its 90s Silk Slip Dress staple.
At the forefront of the design process sit quality and care — as each piece upholds the ethos of withstanding the trends of time. Through developing an innovative collection of classic silhouettes designed to be worn on rotation, Silk Laundry pursues to complement already established wardrobes around the world. From the sandy tracks of Australia, to the pavé streets of Montréal, and the humilde hills of Barcelona, Silk Laundry has enabled a platform that can speak cross-culturally — drawing inspiration from three continents.
